As a Data Engineer at Attendo, you will be the hub of our work to create a data platform and a data-driven approach to meet the future demands of care. You will work with everything from data integration and ETL processes to ensuring that BI developers receive the data they need to create valuable insights for the business.

This is what you will do with us

As a Data Engineer at Attendo, you will be an enabler in creating both robust technical solutions and contributing to the business at large with modern technologies like Azure, Python, and PowerBI. Specifically, you will work on:

• Building, developing, and merging Attendo's data platform in an Azure environment, including data lake and data warehouse.
• Working with data integration and ETL processes from various source systems to ensure that the right data is available for analysis.
• Maintaining close dialogue with the business and collaborating closely with both BI developers and stakeholders to create relevant views, understand business needs, and help optimize their work.
• Ensuring that data is handled securely and efficiently, with particular attention to data security and anonymization.
• Acting as a technical expert in the data field and being a key player in our digitalization journey.

Your team and workplace

You will be part of a team of architects, technical project managers, and system developers. You will work closely with our business development teams, operations, system owners, and system administrators to ensure that our IT solutions support the business's needs and long-term goals. You will have a close complementary collaboration with BI developers to jointly drive data projects forward.

You will be based at Attendo's headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm, where you are expected to be present frequently, but there is also the possibility to work remotely.

More about you

We are looking for someone with experience working with data platforms and who is comfortable taking ownership of, developing, and optimizing technical solutions. You have a good understanding of data modeling and how to structure data in a way that creates maximum value for the business. We see that you have worked with and are motivated by building robust data pipelines and feel at home with tools like Azure and databases (SQL and NoSQL).

To succeed, we see that you have worked with data integration, ETL processes, and have an understanding of how data can be transformed into insights. You thrive in a role where you collaborate closely with both BI developers and various parts of the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.

As a person, you are driven, self-sufficient, and communicative, enjoying taking your own initiatives and handling complex issues related to data and system integration. At the same time, you have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders both within and outside your immediate environment.
