System Engineer in UX Design The client is a leading Swedish company in aerospace and defense, with a global presence and a strong tradition of innovation and quality. We are now seeking an experienced UX designer who wants to help shape the future solutions in our exciting areas. Job description: As a UX designer at our client, you will work in a cross-functional team where you are responsible for creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for our products and services. Your role will include: •    Conducting user research and analyzing user needs. •    Creating high-quality design sketches. •    Collaborating with developers and other designers to ensure that the design is implemented correctly. •    Testing and improving the user experience based on feedback and user data. •    Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design. Requirements •    Experience working agile with incremental deliveries and short feedback cycles. •    Proven experience working with complex systems and interfaces. •    Experience in user research and user testing. •    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. •    Creative and analytical thinking. •    Experience in aerospace or defense is a plus but not a requirement.
