We are now looking for a support technician at 50% with varying hours.

You will work as a first-line support technician where the job will consist of helping users via phone, email, or on-site with IT-related questions. Among the tasks are case registration, account management in Active Directory, and troubleshooting in Windows environments and applications. The assignment takes place on-site in central Stockholm. The main user-facing support tasks include:

• Account activation
• Password management
• Imports and exports
• Receiving cases via phone and case management systems.
• Providing user support regarding IT-related questions via phone or on-site

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in providing user support in commonly used software.
• Experience working in case management systems

Desirable requirements:

• Experience in work regulated by the Security Protection Act

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Genuine interest in technology
• Service-oriented with a strong ambition to help and provide support
• Pedagogical approach
• Flexibility regarding working hours
