Your responsibilities

As a Cloud consultant at Eccera, you will have a varied and exciting everyday life. Your assignments may involve supporting clients in implementing, managing, and developing cloud solutions – or taking overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. No two days are alike, so your tasks may vary depending on which of our clients you are working with.

The role may include the following:

• Designing, implementing, and managing stable and scalable cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Driving and coordinating the transition from local systems to cloud-based platforms
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of the internal IT infrastructure
• Administering and optimizing the Azure environment, including networking, storage, databases, and other cloud resources
• Implementing and following established guidelines for cloud security and best practices
• Managing complex support cases escalated from second-line support
• Streamlining and automating processes using tools like Azure DevOps, among others

Your profile
 You are a customer-oriented individual who eagerly embraces new IT environments. You appreciate working proactively and do not compromise on accuracy. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles and are fluent in both Swedish and English.

Requirements

• Administration, security, and automation in Azure
• Very good knowledge of identity management, MFA, and access controls through Entra ID
• Experience with device management, application deployment, and compliance in Microsoft Intune
• Configured and automated deployment in Windows Autopilot
