About the position

As Service Market Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the workshop and spare parts at Brandt's facility in Stenungsund.

You will have full personnel, budget, and result responsibility for the local service market and be responsible for the daily operations of the business.

Your role includes organizing, leading, and distributing work within the different parts of the facility, as well as maintaining ongoing contact with our customers. You will ensure that planned activities are carried out and that set performance goals and key figures are achieved. Together with other functions, you will actively work to develop and improve the business to meet future demands and customer needs.

The facility also has other departments, and close collaboration with these is an important part of the role to jointly drive and develop the business.

Qualifications

You have a high school diploma, a background in automotive technology, several years of leadership experience, good knowledge of data, and find it easy to work in different systems. You have a B driver's license, are fluent in Swedish, and have knowledge of English.

Experience in the automotive industry and leadership is an advantage.
