As one of our employees is retiring, we are now looking for a preschool teacher for the Parent Cooperative Roxenfyren.

Preschool Roxenfyren is located in the picturesque Berg outside Linköping, right next to Lake Roxen, an ideal and stimulating environment for children. Roxenfyren is run as a parent cooperative with a good collaboration between competent staff and engaged parents. At Roxenfyren, the staff has the pedagogical responsibility while the parents together ensure that the practical aspects of the operation work, i.e., work efforts and engagement in the association. We also have our own cook who prepares all meals and bakes most of our bread. At Roxenfyren, we actively work on our environmental efforts – Green Flag.

We are also pleased to have low staff turnover and families who choose to return to our association.

We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher education, teacher education with a focus on preschool, or other education that the association deems equivalent. We see that you have experience working as a preschool teacher in preschool. You are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

You who apply are a good role model for our children and have the ability to see each child's individual needs and conditions. You engage children in a joyful and creative learning process and have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues, children, and parents. You have personal maturity, are innovative, and are happy to bring new ideas.

Our employees are employed at Roxenfyren and not in a specific department. This means that you may work with both large and small children depending on where the need is. Right now, there is a need in our large children's department, the Bears. There we have a bunch of happy bears that we want to give a good start in life and a good preparation for school. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have experience working with older preschool children or with a 5-year group.

We offer you the opportunity to work in a preschool with a family atmosphere where both staff and families choose to stay for a long time. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations together with colleagues, the preschool director, and parents.

The position is a permanent employment with a start date in the spring, by agreement.
