We are looking for a structured and meticulous accountant for a short-term consulting assignment in Gothenburg (1-3 months) who will work with inventory-related flows and accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory management in Visma, including work with items

• Registration of material orders for consumables and cleaning materials delivered to our customers

• Ensure correct inventory and order information in close collaboration with warehouse staff

• Data extraction from various systems and compilation and reporting in Excel

• Arrival registration of supplier invoices

• Posting and handling of supplier invoices and forwarding for approval in Medius Go

• Forwarding of invoice documentation for re-invoicing to the accounts receivable assistant

Desirable (but not required):

• Experience in analysis and follow-up of financial key figures

• Advanced knowledge in Excel and reporting work.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable

• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Good familiarity with analysis and numbers

• Good experience with Excel and business systems; experience with Visma or similar is an advantage

• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
