ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for summer and temporary substitutes for the LSS operations within the Individual and Family Care.

Do you enjoy seeing others develop? Do you want to work to support individuals in their daily lives towards wonderful experiences and a good and dignified life? Come and work with us! As a substitute, you will assist individuals with services according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). You should put the individuals at the center and provide support based on their needs so that their own abilities are maintained and developed. Good treatment, effective communication, coordination, documentation, structure, and care are important guiding principles in our employees' daily work.

You can express interest in one of the following operations or show interest in both in your application;

LSS Group Homes

In our 12 group homes, individuals of varying ages and disabilities reside. We work in teams, but there is also solitary work. We focus on the individual and strive to provide the best possible service and support. The job involves day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Personal Assistance and LSS Services for Ages 0-20

As a personal assistant, your mission is to be present in the user's daily life and support the person to live the life they want to live. We have several personal assistance assignments where the disabilities, gender, and age vary. You will work in the individual's home and be their extended arms and legs. You will be part of a team of assistants with extensive experience in the profession. Working hours vary with day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule. Awake night and journal night shifts also occur.

We also have other LSS services for the target group aged 0-20 where substitutes may be needed, including home relief and our short-term accommodation Karlavagnen.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

Duration: Temporary employment according to agreement and summer substitutes during the period June - August.
Scope: 100%
Start: According to agreement.
