About the position

A lovely family in Nacka is looking for more assistants! There is an opportunity to work 50%, 70%, or as a substitute as needed. You will be working with a woman in her 40s with ALS who lives with her husband and their 2 children in a lovely townhouse with a pool in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka.

There are good public transport connections to Saltsjö-Boo - from Slussen, you can get there in just 20 minutes.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (double assistance)

• 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (single assistance)

• 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (awake night, some double assistance may occur)

Currently, we are primarily looking for someone who can work during the day and/or evening.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Manual transfers

• Handling of assistive devices, such as ventilators, cough machines, suction machines, ceiling lifts

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, solution-focused, and engaged. You are a calm, empathetic person and can easily understand other people's life situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female assistants by their side.

We are looking for someone who sees this as a long-term job.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker

• Fluent in Swedish

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of transfer techniques

• Care experience

• Experience with ALS

Employment rate: Varying employment rates, approx. 2 positions at 50% or 70% and 2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Immediate or by agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
