Job Description

Telge Bostäder is looking for a local strategist to join the leasing team. The role is central to ensuring a high occupancy rate and involves both strategic and operational work with the leasing of premises. The local strategist is responsible for the entire leasing process – from termination to contract signing – and drives business proposals to increase occupancy. The tasks also include rent negotiations, financial monitoring, customer contact, and coordination of viewings.

The position is based at Telge Group's headquarters in central Södertälje. The local strategist will be part of the Leasing unit, which consists of eleven employees, including lessors and lease legal investigators. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties and plays an important role in creating long-term value for the business. Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high occupancy rate through long-term strategies and business solutions
• Be responsible for the entire leasing process, from termination to contract signing
• Conduct rent negotiations, sign new leases, and renegotiate existing agreements
• Perform financial monitoring, prepare budget materials, and follow up on the budget
• Manage tenant adaptations and coordinate actions
• Ensure correct documentation of lease agreements and related documents
• Handle customer contact related to leasing issues
• Follow up on rent arrears
• Coordinate viewings of available premises and provide relevant information to potential tenants

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education or work experience deemed equivalent
• Documented experience in both strategic and operational leasing
• Experience in rent negotiations and administration related to leasing
• Good financial understanding, including budget work and follow-up
• Experience in customer contact and coordination of viewings 
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in commercial leasing
