About the roleAs a HVAC technician , you will be an important part of our projects, from planning to completed installation. We are looking for an experienced person who wants to be a central part of our installations. The role involves responsibility for the HVAC part of customer projects, with close collaboration with electricians and project management.

In this role, you will be our specialist in HVAC and an important part of establishing and developing HVAC competence within the organization. You will help build work methods, structure, and standards for the area while also working operationally in installation and commissioning. The role suits you who thrive on responsibility, independence, and the opportunity to influence how the business should shape moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own technical projects

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation

• Plan customer assignments and communicate with project managers

• Conduct self-inspections and report according to procedures

• Make minor purchases of materials as needed

• Ensure safety, quality, and a high customer experience

We are looking for someone who has

• Vocational certificate as a HVAC installer and documented working hours (BYN or equivalent)

• Safe Water certification

• Experience in installations and service of pipes, water, and boilers

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

Meritorious

• Experience of running a sole proprietorship or own business in HVAC
