In the role of Assistant Planning Coordinator, you will support the planning work within the Spårväg Syd program and help ensure that the planning process is conducted correctly, uniformly, and coordinated among the program's various projects.

You will work closely with the planning coordinators of the Traffic Administration and act as a client representative towards consultants and external parties. The role combines operational planning work with coordination, documentation, and dialogue in a complex project environment.

• Participate in ensuring the formal planning process for Spårväg Syd

• Contribute to the development of planning documents within railway plans and detailed plans

• Prepare and compile consultation reports

• Further develop planning descriptions and associated materials

• Coordinate the railway planning process with municipal detailed planning processes

• Participate in planning, contractual, and land access issues as a client representative

• Engage in consultations with authorities, municipalities, and other stakeholders

• Produce and coordinate necessary investigations and planning materials

• Work with GIS support, map viewers, and the production of materials in ArcGIS Pro

• Participate in the development and follow-up of timelines

• Attend project-related meetings and coordination within the program

• Represent the Traffic Administration towards external parties

To be considered for the position, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of completed higher education in urban planning, land surveying, civil engineering, or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in planning work in public transport projects or other infrastructure projects

• Experience in participating in planning work within infrastructure development at an early stage, such as feasibility studies, alternative studies, or during the planning process

• Experience in having participated in or conducted at least two investigations related to infrastructure projects

• Documented experience in working with GIS and map production, including work in ArcGIS or equivalent

• Ability to work structured, independently, and coordinatively in complex project environments

The following are strongly desirable and may be decisive in the selection:

• Experience in collaboration with municipalities and other stakeholders in planning

• Experience in participating in or leading consultations within detailed plans, railway plans, or road plans

• Experience working in a client organization within public transport or infrastructure

• At least 2 years of experience working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent editing programs

• Experience in producing presentation and decision-making materials within the planning process

• Structured and meticulous

• Communicative and collaborative

• Responsive with a good ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Independent, responsible, and results-oriented

• Strategic with a good overall perspective
