About the role
Our client, Stena Recycling, is one of Sweden's leading players in recycling and circular solutions. By converting waste into new resources, they actively contribute to a more sustainable and resource-efficient future. In connection with a planned system change at the turn of the year, we are now expanding the team working with Stena Recycling and looking for more employees for logistics support to meet future needs.
In the role of logistics support, you will be a key person in ensuring efficient and correct deliveries to the customer. You work closely with both production, sales, and external transporters and play an important role in optimizing logistics flows and contributing to a sustainable business. You will belong to a team of three people where collaboration, responsibility, and improvement work are in focus.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on-site at Stena Recycling. The assignment starts with a period of 6 months, with a good chance of extension. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:15 and Friday 07:00–15:00.

Responsibilities
- Ensure correct deliveries in collaboration with production and transporters
- Act as second-line support and assist sales and administration
- Investigate and resolve internal and external logistics cases
- Provide advisory support on logistics issues for the region
- Drive improvement work related to the logistics support processes
- Handle deviations, cost allocation, and order booking
- Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of system changes
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in logistics
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Has good business understanding and can assess profitability in business
- Has worked in various IT systems, preferably Microsoft Office (Teams and Excel)
- Is accustomed to working with customer service
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in the industry
- Background in construction, demolition, power, and energy
- Worked with business systems and is comfortable with system changes
- Previous experience with order placement or claims handling
