About the roleFuture People is now looking for an assistant property manager at 50% for a public housing company with approximately 350 employees, part of the City of Stockholm's corporate group, Stockholms Stadshus AB. The housing company provides homes, builds and manages houses, and develops vibrant neighborhoods.

The assignment is a replacement for an assistant property manager who is going on parental leave at 50% from mid-January until September 2026.

In this role, you will work closely with management and have an important function in the ongoing handling of apartments, inspections, and renovations. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a structured, efficient manner with good documentation in the property system.

• conduct apartment inspections

• schedule, perform, and document move-out and maintenance inspections

• manage and follow up on issued customer invoices and incoming contractor invoices

• plan and carry out renovations of vacant apartments

• document completed actions in our property system

• has experience in apartment inspections and renovation planning

• is structured and meticulous in documentation and follow-up

• enjoys having many points of contact, both with tenants and contractors

• has good administrative skills, especially regarding invoice management and follow-up

• is comfortable working independently part-time and can plan your efforts effectively
