Who are you?

We are now looking for you who have at least five years of experience in coordinating and leading installation work in the construction industry. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are self-motivated, structured, and have the ability to create good collaborations between different disciplines and stakeholders in the project.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative, and business-minded. You are highly committed to the project's progress and quality, while also having the ability to see the big picture and handle multiple issues in parallel. You work equally well independently as well as together with the project organization and contractors.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least five years of experience as an installation coordinator, installation manager, or similar role within construction projects.
• Have experience coordinating technical installations such as electricity, plumbing, ventilation, control and regulation, and sprinklers within construction.
• Have a good understanding of design, production, and the different stages of the construction process.
• Communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a good ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on installation work.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

This is a recruitment process, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Bustos Konsulttjänster AB, but you will be directly employed by the client.
