What will you do?

• Design innovative solutions based on our customers' logistics needs
• Design warehouse layouts/processes based on customer order statistics, customer requirements, and internal operational requirements.
• Determine resource needs and compile a price list with a budget.
• Be part of our sales team where you contribute with presentations and discussions regarding quotes with customers
• During implementation, you will be active with your specialist knowledge
• Lead and coach the team in daily work to ensure high delivery standards
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks based on goals and resources
• Ensure that the work environment, routines, and policies are followed

What do you bring?

• A solid interest in logistics and a desire to develop.
• You may be an educated engineer with specialist knowledge in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain, e.g., Supply Chain Design, Warehouse Optimization, or Business Development.
• Experience and confidence in presenting and selling ideas and driving projects to completion within deadlines and according to customer expectations.
• You enjoy giving lectures and presentations and are accustomed to speaking in front of groups.
• Experience leading teams in operational everyday life with a focus on results, quality, and work environment
• Planned and coordinated daily tasks, staffing, and resource allocation
• Familiar with reporting KPIs, status, and risks to management and project owners
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
• Good experience and proficiency in Excel
