We are looking for an experienced project leader. This role is suitable for you who have several years of experience in project management in technology-intensive environments and who thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points. The assignment is conducted in an organization with high demands on quality, structure, and delivery precision, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with both internal teams and the customer.

In the role of project leader, you will be responsible for managing customer or support projects related to the naval command system 9LV, focusing on the hardware aspect of the projects. You will coordinate the work between designers in electrical, mechanical, and embedded software as well as system managers to ensure that deliveries are made according to agreements with the customer. The role means that you will act as a central link between the customer project, production, ILS, and the hardware project, where you drive the work forward and manage dependencies, planning, and follow-up.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in project or sub-project management

• Experience in leading and coordinating technical teams within hardware

• Excellent ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing

• Ability to work systematically and drive deliveries in complex project environments

• Experience working with command systems or defense-related technology

• Previous work in security-classified environments

• The assignment is located in Stockholm and is performed full-time on-site at the customer's premises

• No possibility for remote work.

• The assignment period extends from February 16, 2026, to July 31, 2026, with very good opportunities for extension.
