We are now looking for a full-time technical manager for a larger housing cooperative in western Stockholm with approximately 800 apartments, commercial premises, and common areas. The position is a permanent employment starting soon. The cooperative manages its own administration and is in a development phase where structure, routines, and clear follow-up are in focus.

This is a long-term role for you who want to take overall responsibility for technical management and contribute to stable and well-functioning working methods.

As a technical manager, you have overall responsibility for the properties' operation, maintenance, and technical documentation. The role is broad and combines technical, administrative, and coordinating tasks. You work closely with the board, lead property caretakers in their daily work, and coordinate external contractors.

The role is not practically executed but requires a good technical understanding to prioritize, follow up, and make well-informed decisions. The position requires high physical presence in the operations.

• Be responsible for the operation and long-term maintenance of the property portfolio.
• Work with and update maintenance plans and support budget priorities.
• Follow up on repairs, damages, and insurance matters.
• Conduct and follow up on authority inspections (OVK, radon, fire protection, etc.).
• Procurement and follow-up of contractors.
• Participate in board and operational meetings and prepare decision and follow-up materials.
• Ensure correct documentation, archives, and digital structure.
• Lead property caretakers and create clear routines.
• Be responsible for premises, lease agreements, and tenant adaptations.
• Be visible in the area and ensure quality in maintenance and deliveries.

You have a post-secondary education in property management and several years of experience in housing management. You have a good understanding of maintenance planning, contracting issues, and regulatory requirements, and are used to working systematically with documentation and system support.

• Has at least 3 years of experience in technical management.
• Is confident in leading and coordinating resources.
• Has very good administrative skills and documentation habits.
• Has good system and Office skills.
• Is structured, self-driven, and trustworthy.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has experience from housing cooperatives or larger property owners (meritorious).
• Has financial understanding related to budgets and long-term maintenance (meritorious).

This is a permanent employment with our client, and you cannot choose to work as a subcontractor.
