Your Responsibilities

Operational (approx. 50 %)

Support ongoing production with technical assistance and problem-solving.
Participate in production optimization and improvement work for processes and flows.
Follow up on production results, identify deviations, and suggest improvements.
Work with technical instructions, work preparation, and production documentation.
Collaborate with production teams and other functions to ensure efficient operations.

Administrative (approx. 50 %)

Administrative responsibilities include:
Documenting and reporting production data, deviations, and improvement suggestions.
Participating in work preparation, planning, and quality assurance activities.
Establishing and maintaining technical documentation and process descriptions.
Being a key person in improvement and development projects for the production system.
Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear information and follow-up.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in production technology, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly
Good knowledge of 3D-CAD and drawing production
Structured, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to combine technical development work with practical production thinking
Unpretentious, curious, and thrives in an environment with short decision-making paths
