Arbetslivsresurs is now seeking a coach for Rusta and Matcha 2 in Bromölla

The role of a coach requires a combination of structured and careful administrative work, identifying your participants' opportunities to enter the labor market, and finding possible internships for them. For those who can combine these three aspects, we offer an exciting role where you can make a difference for your fellow human beings. The position is located at our office in Bromölla.

As a coach at Arbetslivsresurs, you will work with Rusta & Matcha 2, which is a contracted service from the Employment Agency. Your mission is to simplify and shorten the path to a new job for our participants. We are looking for someone who is attentive and a good communicator. You are accustomed to using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to meet people with different needs and backgrounds, gain their trust, and help them succeed in entering the labor market.

Main responsibilities;

· Conduct individual meetings to support and assist candidates in their unique processes.

· Plan and conduct seminars on how the labor market works and what tools facilitate effective job searching.

· Create job search plans for participants.

· Continuous engagement with employer contacts to create good matches.

· Match internships with participants.

· Follow up on participants' internships.

We are looking for someone who can plan and organize their work and always delivers with quality. The role is based in Bromölla, but you need to be flexible and able to support colleagues in other offices if necessary. If you have a driver's license and access to a car, we consider it an advantage. In addition to the listed requirements, we place great importance on your personality in this recruitment.

To work with the Rusta & Matcha 2 service, you must have;

Option 1 - at least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college. The education must have been completed in the fields of working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or social work education. You also need at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. This work experience must have been obtained within the last five years.

Option 2 - Post-secondary education and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas - leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career counseling. The work experience in these areas must have been obtained within the last five years.

Employment conditions

Immediate start. Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
