The core of the Leadership Academy consists of three areas for managers: introduction and basic training, a specialized offering based on managerial and leadership roles in the organization, and a digital inspiration platform where managers and leaders can acquire knowledge as needs arise. The Leadership Academy's offerings include various activities within, for example, managerial and leadership development, management group development, coaching, mentoring, and networking.
