About the position

As an accounts assistant with us, you will be an important part of our finance department from the start. You will work with both small and large tasks – from invoicing and accounts receivable to reconciliations and support during month-end closings. Depending on your experience and ambition, there are great opportunities to develop and take on more responsibility as we grow.

Your tasks include:

· Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Ongoing bookkeeping and registration of vouchers

· Support during month-end and year-end closings

· VAT reporting and basic tax management

· Contact with suppliers and customers

· Preparation of financial reports

We are looking for someone who:

· Has relevant education in finance, preferably at the university level, or equivalent experience

· Has experience working with finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

· Is comfortable with Excel and familiar with various systems

· Is fluent in Swedish and English

· Is unpretentious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
