Are you a medical secretary with a strong interest in primary care? Vårdcentralen Lundbergsgatan is expanding its operations with a new branch in Västra Hamnen and is looking for a medical secretary. Vårdcentralen Lundbergsgatan is a well-respected and pleasant facility located in the popular Slottstaden, surrounded by many nice lunch restaurants.
Today, we have about 45 employees from different professions working closely together to provide the best possible care for our patients. Over 13,000 people are registered with us, from the elderly to families with children, and we receive a lot of appreciation from our patients. We maintain good staffing levels, and all patients have a designated responsible physician.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a medical secretary with us, the majority of your work will be at the branch. The tasks are varied, and you will also be the face of our reception together with one of the nursing assistants.
Your responsibilities will include writing medical notes that will be managed in the new system Skånes digitala vårdsystem (SDV). You will handle referrals and test results, as well as scan documents into patient records. Additionally, you will be involved in diagnosis coding in the medical record system and managing permissions and SITS cards for staff in various IT systems, as well as assisting in creating procedures and guidelines for the work. Another important part of the job is managing appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY or 400p YH, or equivalent medical secretary training. You should have good knowledge of medical terminology and your Swedish language skills should be very good in both spoken and written form. Previous experience in primary care and good user skills in the medical record systems PMO, Pasis, Lissy, Filur, Medspeech, and 1177 are advantageous. Additionally, we would like you to have experience and/or interest in working with IT.
