JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a staffing planner. As a staffing planner, you will be part of a team with two additional colleagues, and you will be responsible for substitute management within care and support. You constitute a key function that ensures that the operations receive substitutes with the right competence at the right time.

The role of staffing planner is varied, and the tasks include:

• Recruitment of hourly substitutes and summer substitutes
• Placement of substitutes according to the needs of the operations
• Absence management for substitutes
• Ongoing updates in TimeCare pool
• Introducing newly hired substitutes
• Administration related to the employment of substitutes as well as permanent staff in staffing

You work with the needs of the operations in focus in a legally secure manner so that legislation, guidelines, and routines are followed.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has previous experience in staffing and recruitment.

To manage the systems you use as support in your work, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily take on digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in speech and writing in such a way that you can understand, make yourself understood, and communicate with different target groups as well as document what the operations require in writing.

You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines. You have a welcoming attitude with a focus on collaboration with different operations to achieve the municipality's goals, and you quickly find solutions to emerging problems. As a person, you are solution-focused, can handle several different tasks simultaneously, and enjoy varying work pace.

OTHER

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it does not need to be reserved for internal use.
