About the role

As a coach with us, you will work closely with job seekers to support them in the process of finding the right job or education. You will:

· Coach participants through individual conversations and guidance

· Match candidates with employers and educational opportunities

· Assist with CVs, cover letters, and interview training

· Build and maintain a strong network of companies and organizations

· Hold inspiring lectures and informative meetings

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience working within the Rusta och matcha initiative

· Has a strong drive to help people move forward

· Is social, solution-oriented, and has a coaching approach

· Has the ability to create and maintain relationships with employers

· Has a structured and goal-oriented mindset

· Has digital competence and is comfortable holding online meetings

Attach certificates that prove your qualifications:

Requirements: (meet at least one of the following)

· Option 1

At least 180 higher education credits

At least two years of full-time work experience

· Option 2

At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results

At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
