JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant with us, you will provide excellent care and support to the residents. It is important that each resident has a meaningful everyday life and that you always start from each individual's wishes, needs, and abilities. The work as a care assistant means that you have a professional and attentive approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues.

You will perform regular care assistant tasks, including personal care and hygiene, transfers, laundry, cleaning, assistance with meals, and other daily activities. It also includes administering medication and performing other health and medical interventions as delegated.

We work with a contact person system, and you will be responsible for some residents' implementation plans. Your daily work includes documenting and handling other digital tasks via computer and mobile phone.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to be a trained care assistant. Experience in psychiatric and somatic care is an advantage.

We prefer that you are innovative, have a creative mindset, and are confident in handling various situations. It is an advantage if you have MI training. Flexibility is important to us as your tasks may vary from day to day. You should be service-oriented and have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Establishing and following routines and structures for our individuals is crucial, and it requires you to set clear boundaries and offer security.
