The Psychiatric Outpatient Care in Karlstad currently has four outpatient clinics that receive patients from Karlstad, Hammarö, Kil, and Forshaga.

Here, patients with severe conditions such as depression and anxiety issues, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder are treated.

Your Responsibilities

The tasks are varied, involving both independent work and collaboration with your fellow healthcare administrators and treatment staff in different groups and teams.

As a healthcare administrator with us, you will work with care documentation, follow-up work, mail handling, scheduling, reception and cash handling, administrative support in referral groups, and booking patients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in various improvement projects and develop routines and working methods.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare administrator. It is advantageous if you have a couple of years of experience and have undergone other relevant training that may benefit the organization.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and service-oriented. You have good personal maturity and can adapt to changing circumstances. You work in a structured manner and find it easy to collaborate with others. Additionally, you are relationship-building and have the ability to maintain contacts in a way that benefits the organization. You see the whole picture and take into account the larger perspective in your work.
