Närhälsan Rehab Clinic in Solhem is a relatively large clinic with a long tradition of rehabilitation.

At the clinic, 27 employees work, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and coordinators. The operations are focused on development and are conducted within the framework of Vårdval.

About the job

You are offered a stimulating and flexible position as an occupational therapist in our neuro care team. The team consists of two physiotherapists, three occupational therapists, and one speech therapist working closely together. We have a goal-oriented approach and base our work on the patient's rehabilitation plan. The tasks include assessment and treatment of individuals with acquired brain injuries or neurological diseases, both individually and in groups. You have great opportunities to influence the work daily and in the long term through development work. The team offers strong collegial support with a focus on collaboration, a good working environment, and patient work.

About you

You who are applying are a licensed occupational therapist and have 15 credits in neurological rehabilitation after completing your basic education. It is an advantage if you have at least one year of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for someone who wants to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing, and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle uneven workloads and unforeseen events. In your work, you meet many different people, so it is important that you are attentive, communicative, and can identify the individual's unique needs to develop a joint treatment plan.

For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Since travel is required in the job, a B driver's license is a requirement.

About the recruitment process

Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
