The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and home health care, individual and family care, and care homes.

Home care and home health care are responsible for services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. We operate throughout the municipality and are responsible for authority exercise, home health care, home care, and short-term operations. Our mission is to provide support and assistance to those who have difficulty managing daily life and to provide good and quality-assured home health care.

Home health care in Ulricehamn Municipality has developed significantly in recent years and today offers both planned and urgent health care services in the patient's home. We provide advanced care to patients of all ages with varying diagnoses and needs, from rehabilitation services to end-of-life care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission as a care assistant with us!

As a care assistant at Parkgården Home Care, you work together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care to provide high-quality care and support. Your mission is to perform nursing work based on approved services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

The work is varied and includes, among other things, providing personal care, performing delegated health care tasks, documenting, and assisting our care recipients at home. You always have the individual's best interests in focus and work to create a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life for those we serve.

We work with a fixed care contact, which means that you have extended responsibility for a number of care recipients. As a fixed care contact, you become a key person in creating continuity and security, and you contribute to ensuring that each individual receives the support they need.

We are now looking for two care assistants for a permanent position and a 6-month temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Do you have a genuine interest in people and want to make a real difference in everyday life? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our team at Parkgården Home Care.

To be considered for the position, you need to be a trained care assistant and have a valid B driver's license. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable working with digital tools.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, and has good empathetic skills. You contribute to a positive work environment through your engaged approach and are happy to collaborate with colleagues to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and support.

To thrive with us, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in work. You are responsible and solution-focused, combining the ability to work independently with being a team player. Previous experience in home care is an advantage.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
