Hospitals in the West is an administration within the Västra Götaland Region and consists of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Local Hospital, Högsbo Local Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. Description

The Medicine department encompasses specialties such as cardiology, diabetology, endocrinology, hematology, gastroenterology, inpatient wards, and outpatient clinics.

The Medicine outpatient clinic includes activities in the aforementioned areas, and within cardiology, there is an extensive cardiac lab operation. Here, we perform exercise ECGs, echocardiograms, Holter ECGs, and pacemaker checks.

We need to grow, so we are now looking for you who are curious, eager to develop, and enjoy a varied job where flexibility is one of the guiding principles. The Medicine department has clinical responsibility for the patients, and as a BMA, you will therefore be involved in the care process, which requires sensitivity to the patient's well-being and independence in the execution of the work. Responsibilities

The tasks are varied, but primarily involve performing echocardiograms. All work is carried out in close collaboration with our cardiologists and other professionals, creating a clear sense of team belonging.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a biomedical analyst with a clinical physiological focus. The tasks will mainly consist of echocardiographic diagnostics and long-term ECGs. We are looking for someone with good experience in these areas.
