Do you want to drive and develop sustainability efforts in an organization that takes responsibility for the environment and society? We are looking for an experienced and proactive sustainability controller who wants to lead and further develop our sustainability work in line with legal requirements, EU taxonomy, and international standards.

As a sustainability controller, you are a key person in our sustainability team. You are responsible for developing our processes, leading reporting, supporting managers, and educating the organization on sustainability issues. You work closely with management and decision-makers and are driving our work with Science Based Targets and CSRD.

• Leading and ensuring the quality of the entire sustainability reporting process

• Developing methods and models for data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Conducting advanced Scope 3 calculations and driving the work with SBTi

• Responsible for EU taxonomy reporting via Celsia and collaborating with finance and controllers

• Leading CSRD preparations, including materiality analysis, GAP analysis, and KPI development in Stratsys

• Developing and improving the Stratsys sustainability module

• Preparing and driving improvement work for EcoVadis assessment

• Conducting internal training and coaching the organization on sustainability issues

• Presenting analyses and reports to management and other decision-makers

• Supporting customer dialogues, participating in visits, and being the expert contact for sustainability-related questions

• Relevant academic education in sustainability, economics, environment, or similar

• Experience in sustainability reporting and regulations such as EU taxonomy, CSRD, or similar

• Very good analytical skills and experience in advanced data management

• Experience presenting to management and working in an advisory role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Driver's license (B)

• Has relevant academic education in sustainability, economics, environment, or similar.

• Has experience in sustainability reporting and working with EU taxonomy, CSRD, or similar regulations.

• Has good analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.

• Has strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Meritorious: Experience with Stratsys, SBTi, EcoVadis, and working with Scope 3 calculations.
