At Capio Vårdcentral Almö, we combine the cohesion and action of a small team with the broad expertise of our experienced colleagues. We are located at Almö center on the beautiful island of Tjörn, just a stone's throw from the Tjörn Bridge with good commuting options. With approximately 5600 registered patients and over 25 dedicated employees in various roles, we come together under one roof – primary care, child health care, and rehabilitation – creating safe and quality care in every encounter.

Your role

As a resident physician with us, you will have the opportunity to develop across the full breadth of general medicine. You will encounter a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, with guidance from knowledgeable specialist doctors and close collaboration with experienced nurses, rehabilitation teams, and other professionals. Here, we work with outpatient care, patient visits and follow-ups, telephone advice, and digital healthcare meetings. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of the organization and receive support to grow as both a physician and a colleague.

About you

We welcome you as a licensed physician who has started or plans to start your residency in general medicine. You have a genuine patient focus, are curious and engaged, and thrive both in independent work and in a team. You have the ability to switch pace between different types of patient encounters and take responsibility for your development as well as the quality of care.
