About us

Närhälsan Billingen Health Center is a centrally located health center in Skövde responsible for approximately 12,900 registered patients of all ages.

With us, you will be one of about 50 employees working for good teamwork and service for our customers. The laboratory's responsibilities also include Närhälsan Norrmalm with approximately 13,000 registered patients of all ages.

About the job

As a biomedical analyst with us, you will be part of a team with three biomedical analysts and two nursing assistants in the laboratory. Together, you are responsible for our laboratory and its equipment as well as quality controls. In close collaboration with other professional categories, you contribute to the development of the health center. Your main tasks are sample collection and patient-related analyses, as well as providing knowledge support in laboratory matters. The work is varied, and the pace must be adapted to the moment. Students regularly return to us, and you are expected to mentor them.

About you

You are a licensed biomedical analyst in laboratory medicine. Laboratory experience and experience in sample collection are advantageous. What is important to us is that you have a fundamental security in your profession and that you can make independent decisions and are resilient to stress. You are easy to collaborate with, responsible, customer-oriented, and service-minded, and you have a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. It is important that you master Swedish in speech and writing. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative, and can apply these in your daily work.
