At Hälsa i Kubik in Mölndal, you will be part of a dedicated team with a big heart for both patients and colleagues, while also having the opportunity to influence what future primary care will look like.

We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist with at least two to four years of experience in primary care.

You thrive in independent work, enjoy collaborating in a team, and preferably have supervisor training and competence in acupuncture; this is an advantage but not a requirement.

About the position

As a physiotherapist at Hälsa i Kubik, you will meet patients of all ages with a wide variety of issues - from chronic pain, osteoarthritis to neurological conditions and postoperative rehabilitation. Our goal is to identify patients' needs early, provide evidence-based treatment, and promote self-care.

The position includes prescribing aids, making home visits, and meeting patients at the clinic.

Our clinic has a strong wellness profile with a newly renovated gym of 1000 sqm and over 600 active members. Here, you will not only work with healthcare but also promote health in a real way. You will be part of a team of 10 colleagues who value collaboration, competence, and job satisfaction.

This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• Licensed physiotherapist with at least 2-4 years of experience in primary care.
• Driven to help shape the future of digital healthcare.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and structured in your work.
• Flexible, open to change, and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
• Patient, actively listens, and communicates effectively.
• Good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (B) and preferably access to a car.

Preferred qualifications:

• Supervisor training for students.
• Acupuncture training.
• Experience with patients with mental health issues.
• Basic body awareness / medical yoga.
