About the Job

As a nurse in Rehabilitation Medicine, you will play a central role in patients' recovery process. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing and monitoring patients' health status to ensure the best possible care and rehabilitation.
• Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a diverse team of specialists, including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
• Providing support and guidance to patients and their families, creating a safe and positive care environment.
• Documenting care interventions and progress accurately to ensure continuity and quality in rehabilitation.
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing your insights to improve care processes.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse. Previous experience in rehabilitation, especially with patients in need of long-term care, is desirable but not required.
