About the Workplace

In preparation for the summer of 2026, we are now seeking licensed nurses for summer temporary positions.

In the unit, approximately 36 permanent employees work alongside a stable group of wonderful hourly nurses to provide good care to patients enrolled in the municipal primary care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you will be overall responsible for leading the municipal health and medical care mission. The assignments are carried out as home visits or delegated tasks to nursing staff in regular and special housing. Different patients with varying medical conditions place different demands on your competence, and you will build a broad knowledge base.

Placement can be in both special housing and regular housing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the medical work and making independent assessments of healthcare interventions.
• Collaborating and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with deviations and documentation, guiding, delegating to, and teaching staff in health and medical care interventions.
• Identifying and preventing risks in care and mapping the patient's needs for health and medical care interventions with an emphasis on person-centered care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, enjoy collaborating with your team, and are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility for your work. To succeed in your role with us, you need to be self-driven and flexible. We also expect you to have a solution-focused approach to your tasks along with good communication skills.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
