As a physiotherapist in Tibro Municipality, you will belong to a unit consisting of five physiotherapists, five occupational therapists, and five rehabilitation assistants. The Rehabilitation Unit works based on an activating and rehabilitative approach.

Main responsibilities:

In the role of physiotherapist, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for rehabilitation within the municipality's special accommodations, short-term places, LSS, functional support, and regular housing. We also work with the concept of Safe Homecoming, which involves intensive interventions and training with patients in their own homes after hospital stays to help them regain their abilities under the best conditions.

You will work with assessment, treatment, training, as well as testing and prescribing aids. The role also includes guidance and training of care staff and relatives. In the Rehabilitation Unit, occupational therapists and physiotherapists work closely together in the team, and great importance is placed on collaboration with other actors around the care recipient, who is always placed at the center.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• Authorization as a physiotherapist
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with the elderly
• Driver's license, manual transmission
• Good knowledge of Swedish
