Do you want to help develop the future of healthcare and social care with us? We are looking for a nurse for Granliden, Uggledal, Altplatsen, and Kaverös Äng care and nursing homes.

We are now aiming to expand our team so that you, as a patient-responsible nurse, will be responsible for 18 to 19 patients. The homes are located in Frölunda and Hovås. The guiding principles for our operations are safety and community.

We operate from shared premises at FO Petersons gata 9 in Västra Frölunda, together with the entire home healthcare team. This means that you start and end your workday at the office, and the team travels to and from the homes using service cars. This creates a greater sense of teamwork where we support each other and share our expertise. This working method promotes a lower and more even workload, where we help each other and prioritize our tasks together.

Your duties as a nurse include assessing, planning, executing, leading, and following up on healthcare interventions in consultation with the individual, their relatives, and other staff. The care provided ranges from preventive to advanced care. Together with your colleagues, you drive and develop a competent operation where high care quality and person-centered care are the focus. If you are a specialist nurse, you may also receive an advanced assignment based on your specialist competence. The work primarily takes place during the day, but it also includes working evenings and weekends. Welcome to become part of an engaged team. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in the profession and municipal care is an advantage, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated. Furthermore, a B driver's license and driving experience are required.

As the work of a nurse is independent, you need to be confident in your role and be able to make assessments and decisions regarding healthcare interventions on your own. You also have the ability to work collaboratively with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. An important part of the nurse's role is the meeting with the patient; therefore, we place great importance on you having a good approach in your role as a nurse. You have good communication skills and can adapt your information according to the situation and the patient's needs.
