Job Responsibilities

The healthcare sector in the Central district is now looking for another full-time method developer.

As a nurse with a mandate as a method developer, you will work across the entire district and in all our operations. Currently, two method developers are working in our organization, and we now need to expand with one more as the district grows.

In this role, you will work closely with the operations at the unit level, in close collaboration with clinically working nurses and unit managers with the support of quality developers. Together, we work to ensure that the municipal healthcare in the district is carried out in accordance with legislation, set goals, methods, quality requirements, and guidelines.

In the Central district, we operate within regular housing, care and nursing homes, short-term care, and hospice. We also have competence teams in palliative care, dementia, and psychiatry. You will have your primary office location at our office on Gårdavägen, but the work is conducted at all three of our addresses in the district: Gårdavägen, Kålltorpsgatan, and Första Långgatan. As a nurse, you have a permanent position of 38.25 hours, but the assignment involves a placement of 40 hours/week during daytime.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Conducting, driving, and participating in projects and change initiatives.
• Developing and adapting routines and working methods.
• Mapping and monitoring the external environment.
• Working with internal/self-control within the framework of systematic quality work.
• Collaborating with other method developers in the city, quality developers, and medically responsible personnel.
• Being the convener and meeting leader for various working groups.
• Training and conducting workshops in various areas.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with different professions and who also thrives in working independently. You take responsibility for driving issues forward towards set goals. You have a situationally adapted working method, take your own initiatives, see opportunities in changes, and are responsive in your interactions. You have the ability to lead and inspire others and enjoy speaking in front of groups. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You who apply are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal healthcare and change work. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You have a genuine interest in the area of operations, see the big picture, the importance of good collaboration, and the significance of long-term work.
