About the Job
Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. If you have supervisor training and/or further education, courses, or knowledge in children, mental health, or hands, it is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the business goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.
You place great importance on good interactions and always strive to treat customers, patients, and colleagues with respect and care. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Travel in the job may occur. A B driver's license is required.
Interviews at the clinic will be conducted continuously during the application period.
Welcome with your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
