At the Pediatric Emergency Department, we receive approximately 60,000 children aged 0–16 annually with acute medical, surgical, and orthopedic illnesses and injuries.

We have fun together and are passionate about our patients. Our goals are: good reception, short waiting times, and delivering high-quality emergency care. Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied and exciting job. You will work in medicine, surgery, and orthopedic teams caring for acutely ill and injured children and adolescents.

Your responsibilities will include triage, sampling, nitrous oxide treatment, casting, wound care, and inhalations. You will document on emergency journal sheets and in the systems Melior and Elvis.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. You have a strong interest in pediatric care. It is desirable if you have worked in emergency care and/or pediatric care. Specialist training in pediatrics or emergency care is an advantage.

As a person, you have a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining calm even in acute situations. You are responsible and skilled at observing and quickly gaining an overview of the work situation. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and have the ability to reprioritize according to the current situation. You have a good reception and thereby contribute to a good work environment. Last but not least, you find it important to have fun at your workplace and have a good sense of humor.
