About the Job

Your tasks will include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions, including management of assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan will be established. The work is largely conducted through visits to the clinic and digital visits, but we also perform home visits when necessary.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a constantly ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle uneven workloads and unforeseen events. As you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and adapt your communication to the situation.

Traveling for work is required.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
