About Us

Our clinic has 8 treatment rooms and 19 skilled employees of varying ages, and the clinic has been newly renovated for 9 years. We have over 10,000 patients, of which nearly half are children and young adults, and the remaining part are adults. Folktandvården Lindome has a happy and positive staff group where everyone works at the top of their competence. All have very good experience in care across a wide treatment spectrum.

About the Job

As a clinic coordinator, you are the management support for the clinic manager and are part of the clinic management, which means you are the employer representative. You should, with natural integrity and loyalty, support the clinic manager in the task of leading and developing the business and actively work towards achieving goals in accordance with the clinic contract and other governing documents.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing issues, appointment scheduling, and Heroma reporting.
• Be responsible for scheduling and managing absences.
• Actively support the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finances.
• Exercise daily leadership.
• Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students.
• Contribute to systematic work environment efforts.
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems.
• Continue collaboration with nearby clinics to promote common goals.

Qualifications

We want you who apply to:

• be a trained dental nurse, dental hygienist, or have another relevant education.
• have experience from working within Folktandvården or a similar healthcare organization.
• be structured and a good organizer.
• have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• contribute to collaboration, cooperation, and a safe and developing work environment.
• be a norm creator based on the organization's values.
• have the ability to handle changing circumstances, new demands, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach.

Interviews are scheduled for Thursday, January 22 at the clinic.

Folktandvården conducts checks in the Police's suspicion and criminal record register before a hiring decision is made.
