What can we offer you?

We at Operation 5 want to welcome new colleagues who are looking for a workplace to grow in as a surgical nurse and be part of a highly engaged surgical team.

The work, as well as the pace, is varied and there are good opportunities for professional development.

Within our operations, you will primarily encounter neurosurgery, both elective and emergency, but the care also includes Ear, Nose, and Throat, plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery, spinal surgery, and some vascular surgery.

The work involves shifts during the day, evening, and every fourth weekend.

Who are we looking for?

You are a specialist nurse in surgery. We are looking for new colleagues who want to work with a wide variety of procedures and have the opportunity to develop their skills and deepen their knowledge. You will be part of a skilled team that supports and helps each other while working independently based on your specialist knowledge. You are communicative, flexible, and positive, contributing to a good working environment with the patient in focus.
