About the Job

Your responsibilities include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include musculoskeletal issues and injuries, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health challenges. The job also involves prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work takes place at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some tasks can be performed remotely. Treatment is provided both individually and in groups.

The role involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the clinic in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the clinic's goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

Other Information

Travel is required for the job. A B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection occurs in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
