We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position at Villa Sisjödal in southern Gothenburg. Villa Sisjödal is a newly built nursing home with bright, beautiful facilities, and we offer training and several benefits. About Villa Sisjödal

The facility consists of 90 bright and homely apartments spread over five floors. The apartments are bright, modern, and well-planned with high ceilings and designed to enable an independent and comfortable life. Each floor contains apartments, large social areas, and outdoor spaces. In addition, there are several natural meeting places in the building, such as a large lobby with a lounge area, gym, hairdresser, and an Italian restaurant. At the top of the building is a winter garden that faces a large rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Gothenburg.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people, and you can also share this knowledge with your colleagues. Together we become strong.

The residence has great potential, and we are now looking for someone who wants to be an important part of our development journey forward to offer the best care and support to our tenants, but also to create a work environment where everyone truly thrives!

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
