As a nursing assistant with us, you will have an exciting and developing job.

We are currently looking for two nursing assistants for temporary positions within Villa Videbeck plan 2.

Villa Videbeck plan 2 is a special accommodation for individuals with dementia. There are 4 wings with nine apartments. We work based on each individual's specific needs and ensure that the individual's own strengths are utilized. We are now looking for you who want to work with us and share our values and have a strong interest in dementia care.

Job responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you contribute to good care and support for users in their homes. You will work with care tailored to the individual's needs. This may include social and physical activities, both individually and in groups. In your work, you assist the user with health and medical interventions as well as rehabilitative measures as prescribed by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist.

Being a contact person is part of your work, which means you have a special responsibility for one or more individuals. You help create good relationships with colleagues, users, and relatives. Your work also includes ongoing documentation and responsibility for establishing, following up, and revising implementation plans.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks with the user's best interests in focus and who is committed to completing the work you have started. As a person, you have the ability to take initiative and create trusting relationships based on care and empathy. You work independently and have good collaboration skills as you actively participate in teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing as well as good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.

Meritorious:

• Care and nursing college diploma.
• Experience of similar work and/or education in dementia.
• Experience in documentation.

Other

We are looking for two nursing assistants for temporary positions at 100%. Start date according to agreement and until 261031.

You will work scheduled hours such as days, evenings, and weekends.

Your employment will be within the Social Welfare Sector of Lidköping Municipality, which means you may work in other units than Villa Videbeck.

Selection will be ongoing during the recruitment period.
