We have about 30 colleagues in our wonderful home care group in Landvetter and are now looking for a new colleague. Landvetter is 20 minutes from Gothenburg with good bus connections. Our geographical area consists of Landvetter and Härryda, which means work both in urban areas and in the countryside.

Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our users with safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time. Your main tasks will be to support users in their homes with daily hygiene, social interaction, activities, escorting to medical/community visits, and certain health and medical interventions based on the users' individual needs. Your work will also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, meal support, laundry, and much more. You will work day/evening and weekend shifts. Härryda municipality is working to reduce the proportion of hourly employees and instead increase the base staffing. The municipality therefore applies co-planning, which means that you will do some shifts at other units, but your main working hours will be performed at your home unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and enjoys working with people based on their needs and resources, is flexible and responsible. You have a good demeanor and collaborate well with other colleagues. You are structured and meticulous in your work and have an empathetic ability. You are used to taking your own initiatives and can organize your work independently.

Competence Requirements

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following:

• Trained nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license
• Good computer skills, preferably with experience in social documentation

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in home care
