Are you a driven and structured person with sensitivity to the needs and well-being of tenants? Then you are the person we are looking for! Our vision is to become Sweden's best elderly care, a journey we have already begun. Our focus has three pillars: Core, coordinating nursing assistants, and good leadership. Strandgården is a special accommodation beautifully located right by the sea, with nice walking paths and a fantastic beach accessible to everyone. Strandgården consists of three units, one for cognitive impairment and two somatic units. At Strandgården, there are 35 tenants who should all be given the opportunity to live a good life, where staff around the clock work to ensure this through a salutogenic approach. Strandgården operates as an intrapreneurship, which means among other things that we are responsible for scheduling ourselves, have higher participation in decisions affecting the operation through representative meetings, and we have completely newly renovated and fresh premises. We work in teams and have coordinating nursing assistants on each unit.

Your tasks

At Strandgården, the tenant is always in focus – every day, in every meeting. Your work in care and support is not just about providing assistance, but about creating security, participation, and quality of life. Through active quality work, documentation, and continuous follow-up, you contribute to good quality and making a real difference.

As a contact person, you and the tenant are the core of the operation, and together with the tenant, you develop an implementation plan that reflects their needs and wishes.

We are proud of our operations and actively work to be ambassadors for elderly care. At Strandgården, joy, professionalism, and care are at the center – where we actively work with the best approach. We are also always curious to try new things and often participate in research projects or other pilot tests of, for example, digital tools.

About you

If you enjoy teamwork and have a great commitment with an unpretentious attitude, then you are the one we are looking for. Taking great personal responsibility and being flexible is a given for us who work at Strandgården's elderly care. You are goal- and result-oriented while a humanistic view of people is a common thread in your work. You should have good physical fitness and be able to handle digital tools. You need to be able to work according to the needs of the operation, which means some evenings and every other weekend.
