Kvarterskliniken Tanum is part of the Medtanken Group, which has 10 established Young People's Mental Health teams. We have extensive knowledge and experience within our group to drive and develop work in the first line.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which means short interventions and assistance for self-help. We highly value our accessibility. The intensity of treatment is adapted to the patient's care needs. Sometimes just one or a few visits are enough. The goal is for the patient to improve their quality of life and function better in their daily life. Collaboration with other services occurs as needed for the best possible care. UPH also has a collaboration assignment, which is why we also collaborate broadly and consult other services that meet children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with internet-based therapy, individual therapies in the form of psychological counseling, and primary care-adapted cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) both physically and digitally, as well as several group-based transdiagnostic interventions for both children and young people and their parents.

In addition to close collaboration with other professionals at the health center, you will also be part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have about 60 employees in the field. We regularly engage in networking activities that provide opportunities for collegial collaboration and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus. You have at least 1 year of previous clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and parents.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.

Scope: Full-time or by agreement

Working hours: By agreement scheduled between 07:30-18:00

Employment form: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period

Start date: By agreement
